Job Description: 
Carreker's Revenue Enhancement division is recognized throughout the banking industry for delivering millions of dollars in value on an annual basis. As a consulting team member on product implementation, enhancement, integration or audit projects, you will perform in-depth analyses to offer insights and new ideas, and assist with solution design, development and execution. Responsibilities include analyzing data and providing technical solutions and recommendations to our clients. Typical statistical analyses include regression analyses, ROC analyses, SAS programming, data mining, and financial/statistical modeling and analyses. An important aspect of this position involves developing and maintaining client relationships. A strong economics background is required.

In this position,you will convert data; code data models; provide technical support to business consultants. Also, you will liase with client staff, both technical and business at all levels. This is a dynamic and challenging environment which provides the opportunity to combine technical and business expertise. For this position, you need experience in Banking, a Mainframe programming background, be familiar with Microsoft Office and have recent experience in a Visual Basic/Access or SQL environment. You will support the Revenue Enhancement group by working with banks to extract their data - mainframe and PC - and convert it to a format that can be used within Carreker -Access - and to build VB models that run various scenarios with the bank's data to estimate the effect of changes we reccommend.

One important characteristic of this position is the ability to both talk to the IT contacts within the bank, but also be able to have conversations with business managers at various levels. The position is based in Dallas and requires 50% travel.

REQUIRED:
* MainframeProgramming background- COBOL
* VB/VBA required
* SQL Server expertise required
* Data extraction, conversion and modeling experience
* Data Manipulation and Analysis espertise.
* Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
