We are looking for an experienced Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our Tax Department team in Sunnyvale, CA.
The Tax Department supports the Fujitsu Group in North America with Taxes.
Primary responsibilities
of this position include preparing transfer pricing documentation
studies, semi-annual transfer pricing planning analysis, reviewing
various financial data and assisting with IRS tax audit.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Conduct interviews with key personnel, compile &
analyze Fujitsu companies background information used in the
preparation of transfer pricing study. Compile and analyze industry
data in which the Fujitsu companies operate in the preparation of
transfer pricing study.
- Compile and analyze comparable companies’ data
in the preparation of transfer pricing study, including financial data
analysis and Form 10-K reviews.
- Prepare draft of Section 6662 reports.
- Compile and analyze profit level indicators of
comparable companies semi-annually for purpose of transfer pricing
planning for Fujitsu affiliates.
- Analyze and review relocation spreadsheets prepared by Human Resources.
- Summarize and compute gross-up for payroll reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree or higher in Finance or Accounting
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Must have public accounting experience in transfer pricing
- Proficiency with Excel
- Strong analytical, planning, research and communication skills
- Familiar with Cross Border Compliance software a plus
