ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The IBIS BI data analyst is responsible for learning and developing in-depth knowledge of the IBIS Oracle 11i implementation to provide system and database analysis support to IBIS BI program solutioning and applications development teams. These teams include Oracle (Siebel) Analytics development, back-mapping development and business analysis and solutioning. The individual must have system or data analysis experience with Oracle ERP, ideally with 11 i and also prior implementation experience, with modules such as general ledger, CRM, AP, AR, etc. The individual must liaise effectively with the IBIS Oracle 11i team and the BI program teams, and be proactive in approach. He/She must also be able to prioritizerequirements and be a self-starter with the ability to manage own responsibilities, in a fast paced environment, with minimal need for supervision.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS:
Cross train with business analysts on IBIS BI program team to provide back-up support for this role and legacy data warehouses.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Oracle ERP knowledge and data analysis skills:
Sound knowledge of Oracle ERP application and database. Ability to research, analysis, articulate and document Oracle 11i implementation designs. Extensive data analysis experienceProficient with SQL. Knowledge of data warehouse concepts. Understanding of business intelligence and reporting. Experience supporting business applications development. Excellent communication and team working skills. Strong problems solving skills and attention to details

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:
Prior implementation or system/data analyst experience with Oracle 11i: Oracle 11i modules general ledger, CRM, AP, AR, etc.Prior work experience at SunKnowledge of Oracle (Siebel) Analytics would be extra credit

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6+

MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION: BS or equivalent

FIELD OF STUDY: Computer science, Business/System applications development

ADDITIONAL COURSE WORK: Data Warehouse & BI
