ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Outstanding opportunity to join the Worldwide Customer Fulfillment (WCF) Global Operations organization. Direct accountabilities include: Development and implementation of customer fulfillment performance metrics, including the existing shipment metrics (e.g., 3Cs, Perfect Order metric.). Lead/drive improvement activities, change management and communications, including leading cross functional teams in Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes, developing and sustaining various reporting and communication efforts.Lead/conduct in-depth strategic and statistical analysis (including correlation analysis) to gain insight/understanding of operational processes for management decision making, by applying the state of the art data mining and statistical analysis techniques. Coordinate/answer senior management ad hoc requests and present findings to stakeholders at various levels.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Essential to this role is the familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC), strong analytical capability, data mining skills, presentation skills, ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced business environment with cross functional teams, and ability to make/produce compelling executive reports and presentations.Also required: in depth understanding of Supply-Chain architecture. Good knowledge of global customer order fulfillment processes. Excellent knowledge and experience in using SQL, Brio, and Oracles databases. Good spreadsheet & modeling skills.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE:
Metric and dashboard development and management. Mathematical modeling in supply chain management. Six Sigma experience.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 6

MINIMUM LEVEL OF EDUCATION: BS/BA or equivalent, Master degree or higher is a plus.
