Qualifications:
- 4 year college degree; Business, Information Systems (IS, MIS, or CIS), Computer Science or similar majors preferred
- Desired technical skills; MS Excel, MS Access, Understanding of basic ODBC concepts
- Programming Knowledge; Advanced SQL (required), Advanced VBA for MS Office, Basic SAS (Data step, Proc SQL and Macro language)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 1-3 years relevant experience; healthcare / pharmaceutical / programming / consulting field a plus
- Knowledge of the prescription benefit management business and business model a plus

Supports the development, enhancement, and maintenance of proprietary
modeling and reporting capabilities (EXPERxT and EXPERxT Advisor).
- Assessing needs and contributing to the development of new models and reports in support of application users and the business
- Performing day to day application development and maintenance
- Coordinating and leading quality assurance testing
activities, including the creation and execution of test plans and
participation in monthly application releases
- Researching and resolving application user questions and issues
- Tracking, reporting, and analyzing utilization trends from user activity
- Working cross-functionally to ensure consistency,
accuracy, and organizational alignment with models and reports owned by
other groups and product teams.
- Establishing and maintaining cross functional relationships with end users, product owners, subject matter experts, and IT
- Contributing to the convergence of EXPERxT and EXPERxT Advisor®
- Interfacing with Information Technology and Development Teams
