Qualifications :
• Minimum of 2 -3 years hand on experience using Excel and building macros, functions and pivot tables
• Minimum of 2 -3 years work experience, including data entry and QC work.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player.
• Superior analytical skills to resolve problems, extremely detail-oriented.
• College degree preferred.
• PC Knowledge - Microsoft Word and Excel, Office, Outlook.
• Client Profile, Client Benefit Manager, and Eclipse application knowledge and hands-on experience preferred.
• High level of accuracy.
• Ability to exercise good judgement.
• Extremely reliable.
• Ability to function as team member, support others as issues arise
• Ability to organize and prioritize work load
• Ability to work in fast paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross

• Responsible for reviewing and analyzing edit errors on data maps
from our front end business applications to the main repository
• Determine approaches to fix data in Client Benefit Manager (CBM) so it passes all edits in Client Profile
• Assist in the distribution of keying / QC work to File Management team
• Perform project leader tasks for large volume requests
• Develop excel charts to assist in the analysis of our work load, backlog and headcount forecasts
• Assist in quality control of QA run and test partner client
benefit manager / eclipse keying requests for accuracy and completeness
after automated process has completed
• Work with the information technology development team on the automated CBM tool and the continued expansion of CBM
• Triage, research and report production issues
• Analyze issues and make recommendations for resolution within the area
• Maintain written documentation on keying and QC SOPs
• Interface with account management to develop new functionality for our automation tools: CBM, AutoCBM and ACP
• Interface with key stake holders o research and resolve inquires or discrepancies as they relate to client profile area
• Participate in other projects and assignments as determined by management
• Provide keying and QC support as needed for Eclipse, client profile, and CBM applications
• Become a subject matter expert on Eclipse, client profile, and CBM applications
