Actuarial and Insurance Solutions
Our Human Capital professionals work with insurance providers and self-insured organizations in virtually all aspects of insurance, financial services, and risk-related issues. We also deliver advice and solutions related to strategy, actuarial and financial analysis, underwriting and claim operations, information systems, and data mining predictive modeling.

Advanced Quantitative Services Senior Manager
The Advanced Quantitative Senior Manager will provide industry insight and technical and analytical support in a consulting environment.
The job functions include the following:
• Provide overall project management and client relationship support
• Actively participate in defining project scope and objectives
• Provide technical design assistance for predictive model development
• Present and communicate project deliverables/results to clients
• Provide support and assistance for the implementation of predictive models
• Participate in sales presentations to potential clients
The minimum job prerequisites are as follows:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in statistics, actuarial science or related field of study
• 7+ years of data mining and predictive modeling experience
• 4+ years of project management experience
• Strong competency for statistical software packages (SAS, SPSS, MATLAB)
• Solid statistical understanding
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment
• Ability for significant travel during peak periods (10% - 70%)
• Strong work ethic and desire to help clients improve their businesses
• Strong desire for success
• Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule including overtime
Additional desired job prerequisites include the following:
• Advanced degree in statistics, actuarial science, artificial intelligence, or data mining
• Actuarial designation or actuarial background
• 7+ years of business analytics experience in one or more of the following industries: Insurance, Consumer Products and Packaged Goods, and Human Resources
• Modeling expertise using statistical techniques such as logistic and linear regression, decision trees, neural network or clustering techniques
