minimum salary for this position is $63,000 - $80,000 per year.
Position Summary:
Responsible for implementation of the Enterprise Asset Management
System (EAM) in assigned region consisting of multiple mechanical
facilities. Manages regional efforts and activities relating to
training, business process refinement, and user community feedback to
ensure effective EAM implementation in support of business objectives.
Provides technical support to Facility Experts and others. Oversees
scheduling and progress reporting of all site implementation
activities, including change management. Analyzes effectiveness of EAM
implementation activities and develops and implements plans to address
deficiencies. Provides input relating to system design changes from a
user perspective by soliciting and communicating feedback from facility
users.
Education:
Must have Bachelors Degree in Engineering or related field or
equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
Prefer IT-related coursework in Networking, Business Communications
and/or Information Systems.
Work Experience:
Must have demonstrated project management experience. Demonstrated
multi-disciplined engineering or mechanical experience with heavy
industry or transportation company. Prefer extensive multi-disciplined
engineering or mechanical experience in a transportation company with
demonstrated project management experience.
Other Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in delivery of training programs. Demonstrated
skills using PC-based word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation
software and ability to integrate other common desktop products as
required. General knowledge of FRA regulations, Railroad Operating
Rules, OSHA regulations, AAR rules, and general maintenance practices
for rolling stock equipment.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Travel: 40 percent
Comments: Prior satisfactory work experience required.
Hiring Range: $63,000.00 - $80,000.00 Annually
