Position Overview

As a Medical Market Researcher, you will be directly involved in gathering and delivering data that will impact the way our clients run their businesses and enable our clients to compete more effectively in their market. MRG conducts research in over 50 countries worldwide. We are looking for highly motivated and goal driven individuals, who are looking for an exciting career opportunity in Medical Research.

Primary Responsibilities

• Contact medical facilities (hospital, clinics) to conduct primary research studies
• Be confident at answering medical procedure questions to study participants
• Perform audits of the data gathered
• Data entry

Qualifications

• Must be fully fluent in English
• For the bilingual positions, must also be fluent in one of the following languages: French, Spanish, Portuguese, Korean, Turkish, Farsi, Arabic, Italian, German, Russian, Albanian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Macedonian, Romanian,Japanese, Serbian or Slovakian
• Excellent customer service and telephone communication skills
• Excel/spreadsheet skills
• Energetic, self motivated and has a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Knowledge of the medical device industry and Market Research methodologies an asset but not mandatory

Compensation will be $13.00 per hour. The working hours will be as follows:

• English: 7am-3pm, or 9am-5pm
• French: 7am-3pm, or 9am-5pm
• Spanish: 7am-3pm
• Portuguese: 8am-4pm
• Korean: 6pm-midnight (Sunday- Thursday)
• Turkish: 6am-2pm
• Farsi: 6am-2pm
• Arabic: 6am-2pm
• Italian: 7am-3pm
• Japanese: Mostly nights, but variable depending on the project
• Hindi: 9pm-5am (night shift)
• Hours for other languages TBD
