Project Manager, Health Market Science, King of Prussia, PA

Position: Client Services, Project Manager
Reports to: Director Client Services

Health Market Science is a young, rapidly-expanding company located in King of Prussia, PA. HMS is the leading provider of scientifically-engineered targeting, data integration, and advanced analytics solutions for the healthcare industry.

As a member of the Client Services team, the Client Services Project Manager is responsible for managing the implementation of data and technology solutions for our healthcare clients. The Project Manager is a hands on role that will be responsible for requirements definition, design, implementation and change management, ongoing operations and account profitability. This individual is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with HMS's strategic clients.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this team-oriented position.

Responsibilities include:

• Develops and maintains strong relationships with the Health Market Science sales team and assigned clients
• Works with client stakeholders on translating customer requirements into product/functional requirements
• Defines the scope, schedule, and resources required for client engagements
• Develops and implements all processes, procedures, and tools necessary to deliver HMS products and services to clients
• Provides a high-level of customer care to business and technical users of HMS products
• Sets SLAs and operations schedules, ensures that these commitments are met
• Development of training materials and training of all client service/operations personnel and external customers
• Provide feedback to Director of Client Services, Director of Software Development and VP of Product Development for product defects, product enhancements, and new products
• Establish proficiencies with all computer HW and SW tools necessary to sell HMS's products and services
• Insuring compliance with HMS and client company policies
• Participates and leads internal projects the company assigns from time to time

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of business analysis, project management experience
• Strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Understanding of Project Management methodologies and tools
• Strong knowledge of applicable business areas, and applicable processes
• Ability to solve diverse problems
• Ability to work under tight deadlines

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing information and/or healthcare claims data
• Experience working with large volumes of data
• Familiarity with Data Integration technology
• Consulting experience preferred
