Job Description
The successful candidate will be a highly analytic professional with
strong root-cause problem solving skills who can work effectively
across many departments and functions.
Responsibilities include:
-Manage Quality Engineering team and shop floor Quality Control team.
-Analyze various forms of quality data to generate conclusions and
recommendations for the operating organization, driving constant
improvements in product quality.
-Create and maintain measurement processes for quality Key Performance
Indicators and communicate them effectively across the organization.
-Manage incoming material quality management processes.
-Interact with product development and product marketing to define
quality requirements and specifications for new products and new
production methods.
-Provide in-depth communication with Customer Service Management Team
to clarify customer feedback and concerns, driving specific actions in
the manufacturing facility.
-Create and implement standard procedures and systematic approaches for Quality Management across the facility.
-Coordinate actions and procedures with other VistaPrint manufacturing facilities.
- Must be highly skilled at prioritizing actions through extensive data analysis.
Education & Experience Required:
- Minimum 4-year Honours Degree
- Black Belt Certification considered a definite asset
- Minimum 5 years experience managing in a manufacturing quality environment
