E-Commerce Analytics Intern
-Leverage our state of the art data visualization toolset to analyze
user behaviors - page views, clicks, orders - to help drive website
design, marketing campaigns and general business decisions.
-Apply your data mining knowledge to our 10 million strong customer
base. Identify opportunities to drive marketing investments and improve
lifetime value.
-Incorporate survey data, call-center data, transactional history and website activity in advanced statistical models.
-Execute sophisticated multivariate tests to optimize the customer experience and maximize sales.
-Quickly respond to ad hoc analytic requests common in this dynamic, fast paced, data driven environment.
-Work closely with finance and product marketing teams to develop
reliable sales forecasts, based on historical sales patterns and
customer interest.
Requirements:
-Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Math,
Statistics, Operations Research, Business or any related discipline.
-Computer literacy Microsoft based PC tools (Excel, Word).
-Experience with SAS, SQL, SPSS, Visual Sciences, Omniture, VBA or Webtrends is a strong plus.
