Position: Senior Developer

advanced data mining software and services to leading Fortune 500

clients, primarily in the financial services and information and
communications technologies industries use Angoss to
address their marketing, risk and operational analytics requirements.
Angoss currently supports both software licensing and on-demand
subscription based solution delivery models. Over the past year we have
expanded our on-demand solutions offerings, as well as identified new
market opportunities we can service from the same configurable
platform. We are looking for a strong, experienced, and energetic
Senior Developer to join the R&D group. The role’s primary
responsibilities include:
* Participating in the requirements gathering and analysis processes working closely with internal and external stakeholders
* As appropriate, participating in the development and maintenance of the Product Requirements Document
* Owning the development and maintenance of the Technical Design Document
* Participating in the design, build and maintenance of all software
components including completing design reviews, code reviews, and
coding as appropriate
* Participating in the development of key infrastructure components
* Mentoring more junior members of the R&D group
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with high academic achievement
* Minimum of 6 years experience in software development
* Minimum 2 years experience in a senior developer position
* Minimum of 3 years of Microsoft .Net development, including C#, ASP.Net, ADO.Net and Windows Forms
* Web development experience (DHTML, JavaScript, Ajax, Web Services)
* Microsoft SQL Server development experience
* Optionally: Data-mining or analytics experience
* Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent teamwork skills
* High energy, driven to innovate
* Demonstrated ability to meet or beat assigned targets and deadlines consistently
