BPM Analyst
Lombardi Software is looking for a dynamic,
process-focused BPM Analyst who enjoys detail-oriented work as an
individual and being part of a team in a fast-paced and flexible work
environment. The BPM Analyst needs to be familiar with techniques and
methodologies for process improvement, organizational change, and
process modeling. This role must identify opportunities for improving
business processes, organizational design, and corporate culture.
As part of this position, the ideal candidate will possess strong
communication and interpersonal skills, as well as having a solid
background in problem solving and process analysis. The BPM Analyst
will have an opportunity to work with small, medium and large size
customers in a variety of industries, to help the organization identify
improvement opportunities to reduce overall costs and process
redundancy, as well as providing more efficient use of resources, to
achieve strategic goals through internal changes to the organization's
capabilities, changes to policies, processes and informational systems.
This is a full time position that will be filled
within the United States, with an extensive travel schedule,
competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze qualitative and quantitative
business process information and data from various sources Create
quality business deliverables with quantifiable business performance
measurements that align with business goals.
- Leverage process improvement techniques (i.e. Lean Six Sigma) to
perform analyses of organizational processes, policies and systems and
identify opportunities for enhancements in efficiency that will further
corporate objectives.
- Drive and facilitate collaborative business-focused sessions
with business users on enabling the high and/or low level assessments
of customer identified processes, to determine prioritization and
develop recommendations
- Coordination, administration, and facilitation of process creation sessions
- Assessing processes for their relevance, and assessing the adequacy of support systems
- Assistance and direction in the redesign of core business processes
- Provide unbiased assessment of processes, data and systems, as
well as the ability to focus on and analyze cross-functional operations
and systems
- Recommending change, identify and understand resistance, having
strong under- standing of change model and offer ability to facilitate
others through accepting change.
- Facilitate and lead business meetings with business users and
stakeholders at all levels from front line to director level and above.
Requirements
* 5 – 7 years progressive professional experience.
* Bachelor's degrees with focus on Business, Management, or Industrial Engineering
* Able to take a simultaneous, holistic approach to the business needs,
understanding both upstream and downstream requirements, methods and
procedures, and functional and project interdependencies,
* Must possess ability to communicate change at appropriate level of
detail (very detailed to strategic level of detail), with the ability
to understand your audience.
* Strong preference towards those possessing process improvement
certification, such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Black Belt, or
Green Belt.
* Excellent follow through and problem investigation skills (e.g. root cause analysis, etc.)
* Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
* Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
* Strong people influence skills for audience at all levels (up / down / across)
* Able to navigate and track down information in matrix-environments
* Excellent verbal, written, documentation and presentation skills for
audience at all levels, from front line to director level and above.
