Technical Trainer/Course Developer
Reports to: BPM Training Manager
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Responsibilities:
* Successfully deliver facilitated hands-on
technical training for proprietary BPM software, both in Austin, Texas,
and at customer sites
* Learn features of new releases quickly and update existing courseware as new versions of software are made available
* Collaborate in the design and development of new technical training courses for BPM software
* Assist in tracking existing clients’ (customers and partners) training needs
Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:
* Successful delivery of facilitated hands-on technical training for 2+ years
* Excellent presentation and classroom management skills
* Demonstrate effective application of Instructional Design techniques for Adult Learners
* Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and InfoPath)
* Ability to maintain and troubleshoot servers, databases, networks, and classroom computers
* Experience programming in SQL, JavaScript, and C#; experience with a graphical programming tool or studio would be useful
* Knowledge and experience with a business workflow product
* Successful candidate must be fluent in English, both oral and written; additional language skills would be helpful

* Applicant must be willing to relocate to Austin, Texas or have a track record of working successfully remotely
* Position requires 50% travel in the United States and abroad; applicant must have a current passport
