Description
Working in our Business Intelligence Department as a Training Support
Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day training and support
activities related to Wiley’s BMIS data warehouse.
Responsibilities include course development, scheduling, and delivery
of training sessions for BIS products and services. In addition, you will provide front-line
support assistance for BIS products. You will also manage aspects
of the BIS operations (issues system management, support site uploads
and maintenance).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferable.
- 1-3 years experience in Training and Support related to a large-scale systems project.
- Strong hands-on working knowledge in Data Warehouse
and Business Intelligence concepts, as well as general systems/training
documentation and standards.
- Extensive experience/skills in Microsoft Office
products, as well as Access, Visio, and MS Project. Advanced
skills in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with various global colleagues.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task.
