BMG is seeking experienced Master Black Belt and/or Lean trainers to
join our operations. Qualified candidates must be process improvement
practitioner as well as proven experience as a trainer and mentor.
Requirements:
- Lean, Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
- Prior experience training and coaching Lean, Master Black Belts, Black Belts and/or Green Belts
- Strong presentation, facilitation and training skills
- Work independently as well as a member of a virtual team
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Perform well in high energy, team orientated environment
- Multilingual (English required) ability to deliver technical training in language
- Willing to travel 75% of time (some international travel)
