BMG is seeking experienced Engagement Leader to join our operations.
Qualified candidates must be process improvement practitioner as well
as proven experience as a trainer and mentor.
Requirements:
* Work with client prospects in the BMG sales/
business development process, with particular focus on C-level or top
level decision-makers
* Deliver consulting services to clients on Performance Excellence
programs, consistent with BMG account executive roles. * Offer
professional recommendations for performance improvement programs and
ensure effective implementation
* Efficient and productive in identifying, qualifying and securing sales contracts for training and consulting
* Excellent communication skills
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
* Work independently as well as a member of a virtual team
* Perform well in high energy, team orientated environment
* Strong presentation, facilitation and training skills
* Willing to travel 75% of time (some international travel)
