Job Description: In this role you will work on analyzing
data and market programs to improve overall company metrics are managed
and driven at the market level.
Job Responsibilities:
• Continuously evaluate and identify
opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our
customer experience while increasing efficiency.
• Proactively look for areas of opportunity that can be improved upon for a better customer experience.
• Analyze customer reporting (churn, credits, customer sat,
pullbacks etc) for trends and develop and implement programs to improve
these metrics.
• Drive customer satisfaction programs at market, regional and company level
• Conduct Market Visits on a regular basis to ensure best practices are in place and training objectives are met.
• Assist in interviewing & training support and sales partners on operational processes/practices
• Work closely with all sales channels to improve overall knowledge and execution of processes/operations
• Work closely with cross functional teams and market managers to ensure operational consistency/cohesion
• Seek ways to improve current processes and work flow to improve efficiencies in the market
Minimum Qualifications:
• A minimum of 5 years customer service and project management in a sales-driven environment
• Must be able to travel anywhere from 40-50% of the time.
• Strong analytical skills in financial and operational areas
• Strong decision making abilities.
• Strong detail orientation and communication/listening skills.
• Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• BS/BA degree required preferably in business administration, management or other business related degree.
