Job Description: This position is responsible for accurate
and timely data management with the People Development (PD) Services
team, as well as PD reporting and analysis.
Job Responsibilities:
• Process data entry and maintain data integrity for PD Services team
• Process Oracle HRMS data
• Standardize and/or maintain processes
• Investigate the data flows that cause downstream problems
• Build new reports that answer unusual end-user questions
• Modify reports to correct potential problems
• Translate requests (verbal or written) into comprehensive data reports
• Integrate and process regular data in support of reporting needs
Minimum Qualifications:
• Passion for accuracy and data integrity
• Minimum of one year experience of progressively responsible data management
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Access and Oracle HRMS. Virtual Edge experience a plus
• Ability to work with high volumes of data
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work well in stressful or adverse situations while
remaining professional and providing superior customer service
• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Ability to maintain and own technical process documentation
• Previous experience in execution of test scripts.
• Some process program management
• Minimum one year experience developing and producing standardized and/or ad hoc report requests.
