Overview
A Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the
analysis related to various MIS projects within MIS. Uses skills
as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of
industry practices and company policies and procedures; resolves a wide
range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. This job is
the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
Scope
The candidate will not have any direct reports and would work in tandem with the technical project manager and his/her team.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Creating business cases, business requirements
documents, test plans and any other artifacts related to the completion
of the project.
- Compliance with the SDLC for the creation of all related artifacts.
- Work with the project manager(s) on all aspects of a project. Ability to multitask in an ever changing environment is key.
- Work with management staff within MIS.
- Work with key business stakeholders within TF.
Qualifications
- Business Analysis experience
- Experience with Salesforce.com and/or other SFA solutions
- Superior writing and verbal skills
- Experience or exposure to using SDLC
- Order to Cash background preferred
- 2 -7 years work experience
- College degree required
