Job Description
WebTrends Inc, the market leader in web
analytics and Marketing Performance Management solutions is looking for
a Senior Program Manager. This person will be working closely with
product management to translate their market directions into clear and
concise functional specifications for upcoming products.
Required Skills/Education
- Minimum of 2 years experience defining functional specifications for BI/Data Mining software.
- Possess strong interest and knowledge in cutting edge internet technologies.
- Demonstrate leadership and the ability to make independent decisions.
- Must take a holistic view of product development (i.e. never loosing
sight of the position of a product within the company’s key
objectives).
- Excellent communicator and listener; effective writing and presentation skills are a must.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Must be capable of working with limited supervision, a self starter. Strong emphasis on effective prioritization of tasks.
Interaction
This position operates in a team oriented environment. As a result, the
incumbent must build and maintain strong and effective working
relationships internally. This position requires interaction with
customers to ensure that solutions proposed truly answer the stated
problem in an effective manner.
Scope
This position is an individual contributor position.
This position operates in a high rise in downtown Portland.
This job requires extensive time working on a computer.
