Manager, Analytics
Verilogue is seeking a Manager or
Director of Analytics who will be responsible for:
- Systematizing and operationalizing methods of linguistic analysis using
techniques of corpus linguistics and discourse analysis to identify and tag
salient pragmatic and interactional features
- Conducting multi-dimensional and conversation(al) analyses of
physician-patient interactions
- Partnering with information technology and natural language processing
personnel to develop lexicons and taxonomies of discourse features
- Facilitating the development of automated systems of linguistic analysis
where suitable
- Working directly with clients and contributing to research projects and
presentations as needed
- Developing abstracts, papers and proposals for publications and conferences
- Serving as a liaison with leading universities and linguistic research
organizations
Position Requirements
- An M.A./PhD in Applied Linguistics, with specialized training in corpus
linguistics (multi-dimensional analysis), discourse analysis, ethnography of
communication, and related sub-fields
- 2+ years experience conducting corpus- and human-driven analyses of large
bodies of language data
- Proven project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects
on tight timelines
- Strong analytical, organizational and presentational skills
- Experience in marketing research desired
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry desired

self-motivated Analyst who will be responsible for:
- Analyzing physician-patient dialogue data to answer client-specific research
objectives
- Preparing data for analysis using Verilogue-specific analysis techniques and
tools
- Manipulating and presenting data using spreadsheets
- Researching healthcare markets and products for entry into Verilogue’s
custom database
- Assisting Client Services Directors and Managers in creating strategic
reports and presentations
- Building and maintaining excellent client relationships through delivery of
superior customer insights
- Supporting multiple client projects
Position Requirements
- 1+ years experience conducting research and/or data analytics projects
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel with working knowledge of a variety of
functions and data analysis techniques
- Strong proficiency in other MS Office applications (Word, Access, and
PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to work on multiple
projects at one time
- Familiarity with both qualitative and quantitative research principles a
plus
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry or specific
health-related conditions a plus
- Minimum four (4) year degree required

Product Marketing Director or Manager, Verilogue, Fort Washington, PA
Product Marketing Director or Manager
Verilogue is
seeking an experienced Product Marketing Director who will manage the
development, commercialization and rollout of key new product development
initiatives. This position will report directly to Verilogue’s President.
Specifically, the Product Marketing Director will be responsible to:
- Work with senior management to develop plans for new product
commercialization, including desired functionality, technical specifications,
documentation, testing plan and rollout
- Be the internal product evangelist. Act as the focal point and become the
recognized expert for all assigned product development initiatives. Act as the
main communication funnel between key cross-functional groups
- Manage internal development, project prioritization, timelines and
integration
- Define, negotiate and oversee related external partnership initiatives
- Work with marketing on creation of a customer communications strategy,
product collateral (e.g., data sheets, whitepapers, demos, etc.) and appropriate
web content
- Deploy market research studies to gain knowledge about customer attitudes
and behaviors
- Assume primary responsibility for assessing market opportunities,
competitive analysis and research driving understanding of customer/partner
needs and opportunities
- Stay up to date on Web 2.0 developments and research new tools and
technology to integrate with Verilogue’s new product initiatives
Position Requirements
- Minimum 4-years product management, project management or strategy
consulting experience including proven ability to run projects from the idea
phase to completion, working across departments and with outside
partners/vendors
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and a team player
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Experience working in/for large consumer web applications a plus
- Passion for healthcare, online social networks and marketing analytics
- Experience in affiliate or partnership marketing a plus
- Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
