Senior Manufacturing and Process
Engineers International Solar Electricity Technology
(ISET) is a rapidly growing Solar Energy Company engaged in the R&D and
manufacture of Thin Film Copper-Indium-Gallium Selenide (CIGS) solar cells and
modules utilizing its patented technology. We presently have a number of
openings for experienced Process / Manufacturing Engineers to support our
manufacturing process development and start up of production
operations.
Position Summary
Develop an in depth knowledge of
ISET’s CIGS technology. Under minimal supervision, develop, characterize and
qualify production processes. Implement appropriate control procedures. These
are “hands on” positions. Responsibilities include material and equipment
specification, process definition and documentation, product yield improvement
and process control.
Responsibilities
- Design, characterize and implement new processes or process improvements to
meet yield and cost objectives.
- Perform process capability analysis and implement process control
procedures.
- Create appropriate process documentation and training tools.
- Monitor and control production processes to ensure conformance to specified
requirements.
- Actively participate in company lean manufacturing and SPC initiatives.
- Process and product yield analysis and improvement.
- Participate in new process/product engineering reviews to insure design for
manufacturability.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
- BSEE,BSME, BSChemE, BS Physics, BS Materials Science or equivalent
experience.
- 5 – 10 years process / manufacturing experience, preferably in a high tech
environment (semiconductors, FPD’s, OLED’s, PCB manufacturing).
- Experience implementing ISO 9001, SPC, and lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Experience in a high volume multiple shift manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and web based applications.
