DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Works with cross-functional teams to
identify and implement most effective and efficient logistics process
improvements.
Conducts cross-functional meetings in support of initiatives to develop

Develops and maintains Optimized Labor Performance system and standard
operating procedures for resident CFC. Works with resident operations
team to develop labor reporting. Performs work measurement analysis
using time studies or predetermined motion time systems to develop
optimal process. Generates process layouts to facilitate best practices
in all areas. Develops and documents “Standard Cost Data”
for use in process improvement analysis. Performs cost-benefit analysis
to evaluate financial feasibility of potential process improvements.
Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as
required.
Required Skills:
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
is required. 0 - 2 years engineering experience in a distribution
environment required.
SKILLS: Familiar in implementing and maintaining work measurement
systems and working with labor reporting systems. Excellent data
manipulation skills are required. Excellent oral and written
communications skills are required. Ability to handle multiple projects
simultaneously and prioritize tasks. Computer literacy and proficiency
in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access is required. AutoCAD capability is
preferred.

DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for developing and

Product, Advertising, E-Commerce). Facilitates the flow of multiple
projects, while managing resources on a daily basis for all assigned
projects. Manages, tracks, supports, and evaluates the success of
implemented projects. Adjusts strategy and tactics to increase
effectiveness. Understands and interprets corporate goals and
initiatives so that priorities can be balanced and timelines

Required Skills
