The Risk Analyst will manage a client portfolio, with the added responsibility of reducing the net cost of check acceptance. The Analyst is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer service through data analytics, creating and implementing statistical business models and rule sets, developing and delivering presentations to internal executive-level management and supporting sales and service activities within the organization through analysis and training. The Risk Analyst will proactively develop business improvement strategies for various initiatives and risk management processes.

Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or equivalent required. Minimum of 2 years experience in business, finance or IT role. Strong analytical abilities. Good organization, planning and problem solving skills. Proficiency in data base, MS Excel (incl. formulas and macros), and related computer programs. Ability to present complex, technical information to internal management. Work experience in the financial arena such as with checks/payments is preferred.

Job Duties:
Quality Leaders will be focused on all aspects of Quality within REMITCO Operations. The primary focus is on optimizing the processes, workflow, and communication/partnership with leadership teams across the network.

They will manage the overall internal relationship, tracking analysis and reporting with respect to quality control and compliance for all clients. They will oversee the inspections, prepare documentation and interpret basic analytical data. They will provide guidance and direction to meet operational quality standards as needed to meet business goals and objectives.

They will supervise Quality Inspectors tasked with gathering Outgoing Quality Level Data. They will ensure the Quality Inspectors are productive and are meeting internal sampling requirements and external service level agreements. This position is ultimately responsible for overall performance of their direct reports in their assigned facility.

They are a key participant in the deployment of REMITCO’s Quality infrastructure. They will also be in charge of evaluating the effectiveness of the Quality Inspectors and the Quality program within Remitco. They will work closely with the Site Leadership and Quality Director to ensure that quality performance is within acceptable levels.

Candidate Requirements:

3 to 5 years related operational work experience.

Pervious supervisory experience is preferred.

Must show strong initiative; work independently and with little or no supervision.

Analytical skills required to review quality data and identify opportunities for improvement.

Must possess high level of problem solving skills.

Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects.

Flexibility to adapt to constant system, client, and product changes and/or enhancements.

Ability to effectively partner with site operations management and our clients.

Ability to make independent decisions and provide a leadership role with respect to quality and compliance.

Experience evaluating and implementing quality improvement processes.

Demonstrated success in managing a diverse team of individuals (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other process improvement software.

Job Description: The Merchant Services Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for requirements development and requirements management. Specifically, the Business Analyst is responsible for

• Eliciting, analyzing, validating and documenting business, organizational and/or operational requirements and user test cases
• Supporting prioritization of requirements (scope)
• Liaison to technical areas to support translation of requirements
• Participating in design review for proposed technical solutions to ensure requirements correctly understood
• Coordinating capture of applicable test cases that support requirements
• Reviewing test results from a requirements traceability perspective
• Ensuring traceability through build-test-deployment
• Supporting requirements change management(Amendments)

The BA will work with the business partners and / or client to translate concept into Requirements.

The BA may participate in all phases or portions of the project to ensure the integrity of the requirements is maintained (requirements development and change control).

Although this position does not have direct budget responsibility, the BA may be responsible for managing certain phases of a project within assigned budget specifications.

Candidate Requirements: Solid analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills. Superior communication skills and the ability to present succinctly in a variety of communication settings and styles. Experience in facilitating requirements through various methodologies (Focus Groups, Joint Application design (JAD) Sessions, Surveys, Interviews, Observation and Scenario Building). Ability to translate business / client requirements into standard format (Requirements Traceability Matrix – RTM). Proven change control/management experience. Demonstrated skill to "think outside the box". Proven problem solving skills from assessment to solution selection. Ability to identify alternatives and contingency planning. Capacity to embrace change and quickly adapt (changes in direction and priority). Thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments. Knowledge of the various First Data platforms, products, and general software development processes preferred. PC skills are required (i.e., MS Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel and collaboration software). Experience working in a large scale organization desired.
