Technical Account Manager to help expand our offering around
international payment processing and related back office services in
North America.

You will work out of our Los Angeles office and will be responsible for
managing the day-to-day activities around technical client support and
client integration projects, as well as technical support to the sales
organization nationwide.

Key responsibilities include:
* Work closely with customers to understand their
requirements and help them develop solutions to integrate
Netgiro’s services.
* Prepare specifications to achieve the best application/system
integration solutions and make recommendations to the appropriate
groups.
* Assist customers with the integration and testing of our offering before going live.
* Handle technical application support for key clients.
* Working with the global Netgiro product and operations team to expand
our offering by extracting technical requirements from client feedback
* Creation of client reports and certification scripts
* Make presentations and lead training session for clients
Key qualifications
We are looking for a flexible, highly driven,
high-energy person with a demonstrated ability to consistently exceed
expectations individually as well as part of a team. The candidate will
work well in an entrepreneurial environment where decisions and
immediate actions are required. He/she is solutions oriented with the
ability to create and communicate a plan, achieve necessary buy-in,
keep people informed, and execute successfully against short term and
long term plans. The candidate must have a strong understanding of
project management and technical customer support coupled with a
technical background in software programming.
Other qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
* Minimum 5 years experience with at least one year experience as a
Project Manager working directly with external parties in situation
with strong technical focus.
* Experience in e-commerce transaction system is a requirement.
* Experience in developing payment processing solutions, billing
systems, large transaction processing systems or similar is a plus.
* Solid understanding in computer languages; C/C++, Perl, Java, COM, XML, etc. Coding experience is required.
* Experience with reporting tools or advanced Excel skills are a must.
* Extensive experience with databases and UNIX systems are a must.
* Experience in implementing or designing API’s for web services, payment gateways and/or third party integrations.
* Detailed oriented with strong time and task management skills.
* High level of self-initiative, self-motivation, and self-learning.
* Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills, with
ability to translate customer requirements and technical/functional
information into product requirements and implementation plans.
* Strong technical documentation skills and experience from writing technical requirement documents and specifications.
* Desire and ability to travel both domestically and internationally for meetings on occasions.
* Experience from living or working internationally or fluent in other languages is a plus.

PROGRAM MANAGER – EMAIL
Overview: As an Email Program Manager, Strategic Marketing, you
will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing marketing
programs that are specifically tailored to drive revenue. This
will include defining clients to target, case studies, roll-out plans,
vendor selection, contract negotiation, program administration,
pricing, and reporting. In addition, responsibilities will
include the analysis and reporting of “trend” data for the
organization to determine forecasts of your programs. Interact
with existing and potential clients, Account Development staff, and the
Sales team.
Responsibilities:
Support active and new email marketing programs.
Assist with strategy, planning, and implementation of programs using marketing best practices and online tools
Streamline processes for functions such as: calculate/retrieve reporting/billing/cost information from various sources
Feed data to clients, marketing managers, and accounting
Job Requirements : Qualifications
Experience
This position requires 2-5 years of experience in the
direct marketing field with demonstrated abilities to generate
incremental revenue through unique and innovative marketing ideas and
the analysis of data. Also important to have managed a client
relationship in the past
Knowledge/Skills

- Working knowledge with Access and Excel
