Responsibilities for this partner-track position include:

Day-to-day management of client engagements

Designing and executing market research and consulting tasks

Coordinating and directing analysis of statistical models by technical
staff

Ensuring overall quality of client deliverables
The successful candidate has a graduate degree (Masters or Phd) and/or
a minimum of 5 years experience in a related field, as well as:

Quantitative Analyst
Responsibilities for this technical position include:
Research design

Development of computer programs to analyze survey data

Application of advanced statistical techniques

Interpreting results of quantitative analysis
The successful candidate has an undergraduate or graduate degree in a
quantitative discipline, as well as:

Superior academic credentials, including demonstrated analytic and
quantitative skills

Proficiency in a structured computer programming language such as C or
C++

Strong background in basic statistics

Experience/interest in interpreting results of quantitative analysis

Software Designer
You will be a member of a small group of IT professionals responsible
for all software design and programming as well as general networking
and computer support. This is a technical position requiring both
actual, demonstrable, practical programming skills as well as design
and architectural experience.
Responsibilities for this position include:

Creating web-based surveys using Java (servlets), HTML, and JavaScript

Creating and maintaining databases for surveys and client reports
-
Designing and developing software tools to assist research staff
-
Implementing statistical models in Excel using Visual Basic

Network and general computer support
The successful candidate has an undergraduate or graduate degree in MIS
or computer software or related discipline as well as:

Strong knowledge of Java, HTML, and JavaScript

Experience with SQL (MS SQL Server preferred)

Experience in software design as well as programming

Working knowledge of Excel and Visual Basic

Experience administering Microsoft Windows Server
-
Experience in quantitative methods is desirable
