Technical Support Analyst
We are seeking a highly organized and
customer-service oriented individual to join our Technical Support
team. As a key member of the team you will be the primary interface
between the company and our external customers. You will answer a wide
range of technical and mathematical questions on our core product,
Maple along with our new web deployment applications, MapleNet and
Maple TA.
As Technical Support Analyst you will establish a thorough
understanding of our products and will work with all key areas in
Maplesoft to provide superior service to our customers. Your initiative
and ability to be an independent worker who takes ownership for
customer technical issues is critical to the success of the Technical
Support Team. You will have the opportunity to participate in product
evaluation and developmental feedback of the product during the release
cycle.
Required Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience with Windows, Macintosh and UNIX operating systems
- Customer service skills and ability to work in a team
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Science or Engineering
- Knowledge of Maple an asset
