Working within Inhouse Consulting of the Merck Group, you will develop
and accompany high-profile strategic, growth and optimization projects
in all businesses and functions, for example Business Development,
Marketing & Sales or Production/ Supply Chain Management. As a
competent contact, you will advise the executive management of our
company at all levels up to the Executive Board. Based at our
headquarters in Darmstadt, you will support implementation at local and
international level. With a view to a subsequent management position at
Merck or one of our subsidiaries, you will work closely with our
operating and strategic units and provide important impetus for the
success of the company.
Do you meet the following requirements?
Having gained experience as a consultant in a well-known management
consultancy, you have demonstrated your excellent analytical and
communication skills. Your thinking and actions are geared towards
implementation. A long-term and sustainable business perspective is
important to you in your work. You hold a university degree in the
natural sciences, engineering or business administration and ideally
have initial experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry. You
have a negotiation-level command of German and English.
