We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to be the primary customer interface responsible for project delivery and account management within the assigned accounts. The Project Manager will also oversee the development team, will provide engineering and product development support to the company, and will provide customer training. The right candidate will be creative, driven, customer service oriented, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate implementing and launching new projects for clients:
Interact closely with clients to assess their needs post sales handoff.
Project manage the development effort, reviews, and launch of the project.
Work closely with the development team to ensure high quality delivery of technology solutions.
Expectation management:
Committed to open communication, finding the best solution for the customer, and willing to push back where appropriate.
Committed to internal customers, and helping articulate project trade-offs where necessary.
Field questions from clients about programmatic issues and make sure appropriate feedback is provided.
Continually review client programs for opportunities to enhance relationship.
Become internal expert on partner technologies.

Requirements:
B.A. from a 4-year institution or equivalent experience, preferably in professional services.
Proficient with Excel and quantitative analysis.
5+ years experience with an enterprise technology sales organization as an account or project manager.
5+ years experience in developing and giving customer training.
Strong working knowledge of current market technologies, an understanding of software development cycle and familiarity with quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies.
Highly developed oral and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, comfort in interacting with clients at varying levels of seniority.
Enthusiastic, driven, and confident; ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company's product, and business opportunities.
Entrepreneurial initiative.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Technical familiarity in SQL, XML, and HTML. 

This is a Full Time position with minimal travel requirements.
