Statmon
Technologies Corp. is a wireless network and infrastructure technology
management and solution provider. Our proprietary flagship software
application, Axess™, and supporting integration products are
deployed by telecommunications, broadcast navigation aid operators to
optimize the performance of their infrastructure wireless transmission
networks remote sites.
We continue to strategically expand the resources at the Company in
anticipation of rapid growth into the wireless infrastructure,
telecommunications, building management and navigation industries where
the Company has identified strategic opportunities for our flagship
Axess™ network facilities management and remote site software. We
also have increasing dialogue with corporate, military and government
infrastructure entities that offer Statmon Technologies substantial new
business development opportunities in 2008 and beyond.
Support Specialist
Overview
Statmon Support Specialist provides technical
support for our proprietary software and associated hardware products
with domestic and international customers
Successful staff members must combine excellent customer service with
technical expertise to drive issue resolution. Statmon clients include
leaders in the broadcast and wireless sectors.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support customer installations, upgrades,
configuration changes, troubleshooting, and complex problem analysis
& solution execution.
- Document customer inquiries, problems and solutions using the Statmon tracking system.
- Assist Statmon Development & QA in product development and testing new product releases.
- Implement and coordinate the distribution of updated software releases to customers.
- Document installation and upgrade instructions for customer use.
Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent required.
- Computer Science/ Information Technology degree or equivalent preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge supporting Windows XP and 2003 Server, SQL, VBScript, XML, and SNMP.
- Preferred background in Broadcast, Wireless, or related technology industry.
- Customer service experience in computer, networking or related technology industries.
