Scrum Project Manager
This candidate must have the ability to lead and coach others in the
Agile development practices. You will be responsible for continually
improving Scrum for all product lines, removing impediments for teams
and promoting self-management.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate planning & review meetings
- Monitor team progress
- Remove impediments for scrum teams
- Represent teams to management
- Mentor and coach team members on development processes
- Evaluate and recommend development software tools
- Resource for other internal teams
- Responsible for the overall health of the process
Qualifications:
- Four year degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of current software development technology
- Experience as a software development lead or manager
- Technical project management experience
- Scrum experience (2 projects)
- Experience in facilitating meetings
- Work well in a collaborative environment
- Highly organized
- Good relationship building skills
- Experience in coaching team members is a plus
- Interest in science and engineering will be helpful
- Lives locally
- Non-smoker

Senior Development Engineer
This candidate must have technical lead experience and object oriented programming experience.
Responsibilities:
- Write, test and debug application code
- Participate in software and feature design
- Writing of documentation (minimal)
- Participate in developer tool selection
- Participate in scrum/xp process
- Scripting experience
Qualifications:
- Four year degree or equivalent experience
- Object-Oriented programming and design experience
- C++ experience
- Technical lead experience
- Good communication skills
- Cross platform experience
- Completed a full development life cycle
- Ability to maintain legacy code (preferred)
- Agile development techniques (preferred)
- Interest in science and engineering will be helpful
- Lives locally
- Non-smoker
