provide a range of reporting services and predictive analyses to

As a Data Analyst, you will:
- Serve as a technical
and problem-resolution expert for your area, manage the resolution of
complex reporting issues, and recommend permanent corrective measures.
- Analyze current automated production reporting content and frequency, procedures and workflows, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain the database
that tracks data reporting requests, and work with your supervisor to
assign requests to the appropriate Associate.
- Manage your team of Associates: hire, train, set standards and evaluate performance, and oversee daily operations.
- Conduct formal training and provide ongoing coaching to Associates.
- Assist your supervisor in documenting client reporting issues and technical procedures.
- Develop and implement manual processing contingency plans as needed.
Position Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Minimum of two years
of general business experience, with one year of related business
experience; supervisory experience highly desirable.
- Management Reporting experience preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Access.
