Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
The position requires applying Artificial Intelligence/Statistical
methods to support the process of financing customers. Specifically,
the duties will include building stochastic models from historical
data, conducting knowledge acquisition/ knowledge
engineering/prototyping/testing/ and implementation of expert systems
that perform a variety of functions including pricing, prediction of
defaults, and mechanized credit decisioning.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering-Industrial,
Engineering-Systems, Science-Computer Science, Science-Mathematics;
Master of Science degree preferred
- The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical
skills, programming skills, an advanced degree in Statistics/Computer
Science/Engineering, and exposure to Artificial Intelligence. A strong
background in statistics and credit scoring is highly desirable.
Experience with SAS or a related statistical software package and
experience with expert system languages such as Art*Enterprise, CLIPS,
etc. is also highly desirable. Good communication and written skills
are necessary
