Job Description
  • Designs a structured analytical approach to answer a business question
  • Resolves unexpected problems resulting from unusual data, and from limitations inherent in software applications and data processing resources
  • Interprets analyses and synthesizes findings to identify strategic recommendations
  • Typically works as part of an MSA team, conducting research or reporting projects as assigned
  • Coordinates and leads efforts of operations staff

Required Skills
  • Requires BS/BA in quantitative business, math, statistics, economics, or equivalent experience
  • MBA or Relevant Masters degree may substitute for one year of experience
  • Minimum of one year of related experience
  • Client experience preferred; consulting background is helpful
  • Ability to translate analytical results to business implications is essential
  • Knowledge of statistics, mathematics, and marketing required; business exposure desirable
  • Successful candidate must be knowledgeable of different quantitative research techniques; familiarity with various data sources is considered a plus
  • High level of comfort and skill with statistical packages (knowledge of SAS desirable), Microsoft Office suite of products and relational database technology
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal and team skills
  • Ability to multi-task is essential
