Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst II

Job Description
  • Designs, develops and executes Test Plans, Test Cases and Test Procedures for performing software testing.
  • Works with the project team to ensure quality throughout the product lifecyle, including reviewing specifications, developing schedules, and resolving issues
  • Leads software testing projects and assists in the training of lower level QA staff members
  • Ability to diagnosis severity of problem and take a leadership role in problem resolution
  • Ability to actively participate in formal design and code reviews

Required Skills
  • Requires a four-year degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience
  • Minimum two years of work experience in software Quality Assurance testing and analysis
  • Experience with Oracle, SQL, and Windows required
  • Exposure to automated testing tools. Experience with Rational Robot ideal
  • Good oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to write QA documentation and summarize findings
  • Organized, detail-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Java test background preferred
