- 5+ years experience in Oracle DBA.

Skills
The person
in this position will be a Oracle Database Server expert and DBA for our
organization, and perform activities like:
- Logical/physical design of database
- Maintaining system security
- Defining of roles, profiles etc.
- Capacity planning & Tuning of Oracle Parameters.
- Setup the Database high availability, security and performance.
- Experience in Optimization & Query Tuning (Statspack, tkprof, etc).
- Experience is setting up Oracle RAC.
- Experience with SAN like EMC, NetApp is a plus
- Well versed with stored procedures, triggers, cursors, analytics.
- Implement disaster recovery plan to ensure business continuity
- Ability to document the process and train peers.
- Well versed with the operation of Linux, write shell scripts, load
balancing, etc.
Required
Education
- MS/BS in Computer Science/EE or related field.
