Job Title: Junior Business Analyst
Are you a problem solving person with an analytical mind and good writing skills?  Do you enjoy working with people?  DRC is currently seeking a junior business analyst who can work with financial sector professionals in understanding their workflow and integrating our products into their environment. 

Primary duties include:

• Learning DRC products through testing configuration and documenting features.
• Analyzing client’s workflow and the application of DRC products into their operations.
• Drafting process design documents
• Creating business rule and requirements documents

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to communicate with employees and clients of all levels in a positive and supportive manner.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize and meet multiple deadlines. 
• Strong analytical skills
• Self motivated with a drive to succeed
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical/problem solving experience to deal with complex business problems, and business and technical expertise to be proficient in communicating business and technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or MIS strongly preferred
• Extensive Computer experience using Microsoft Office and Windows.
