The Senior Fraud Risk Analyst will conduct major research projects related to Fraud trends and emerging schemes, including project design, data analysis, and summary of findings, recommendations and presentation of results. Develop computer-based models for projections, e.g., fraud loss, cost and profitability, new account fraud performance. Programs on mainframe (MVS TSO) and PC for statistical analysis of portfolio performance. Evaluates and implements internal and external fraud scoring. Codes, tests and implements new policy changes for account acquisition or account management systems. Manage projects to develop recommendations for fraud policy and fraud operations. Ensure that fraud systems or other account management systems are operating efficiently. Perform other projects or special assignments as required.

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Business Finance, Economics or equivalent required
• Master's Degree preferred
• Two to four year’s prior credit risk experience with knowledge and understanding of consumer lending collections and credit risk needed
• Must have analytical, computer, and statistical skills as well as the ability to approach problems in a quantitative manner
• Computer programming must include one to two years of statistical programs like SAS or SAP or advanced use of data base programs
• Solid written and oral skills required
