Acts as a resource and internal consultant performing statistical, analytical and technical activities providing expertise in the design, analysis and interpretation of quality, service and efficiency data. Provides framework for evaluation of performance improvement activities at Aspirus, Inc.

·Knowledge of data analysis and statistical reporting normally acquired through completion of a Master’s degree in statistics or bio-statistics preferred. A Bachelor’s degree in statistics or biostatistics and 6 years relevant professional experience would meet the minimum requirements.
·Work requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience. Experience evaluating quality improvement, customer service and efficiency programs in a healthcare environment preferred.
·Demonstrated skills in statistical analysis and reporting, data analysis and verification, and database design and programming.
·Demonstrated ability to utilize multiple statistical software packages (e.g. SAS, SPSS or Stata) and database applications (e.g. Access).
·Possesses basic understanding of PI/AM/Risk preferred.
·Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills in the explanation of complex statistical methods/findings in lay language.
·Possesses training and mentoring skills.
