services for knowledge intensive and consumer focused businesses in the
areas of marketing, risk and customer management. LatentView's services
help global banks, insurance, retail and technology companies weigh
their risks against opportunities using data, math and software. Put
simply, we help companies take the guesswork out of decision-making.
LatentView is looking for a Director - Sales for its North America operations.
You'll be a valuable addition to our team if you have:
• Handled sales in an IT / Consulting / Knowledge Services environment for 7+ years
• Demonstrated expertise in B2B Fortune 1000 CxO-level sales in
one or more of these sectors – banking, insurance, retail / CPG,
technology
• Leadership capability, engagement skills, ability to articulate
our value proposition, e.g., help customers with ROI analysis
• Ability to work with, maximize use of, and enhance: inside sales, offshore BD teams, salesforce.com type tools
• Experience in managing the entire sales cycle from
identification through to close, and – maintaining an excellent
level of account management to ensure repeat business (meet key
customers regularly!)
• Experience of closing $ 6-figure/7-figure deals, and an ability
to manage not just targets, but also the overall strategic direction of
the sales effort
• Willingness to apply yourself, envision and handle diverse
business situations – possess a good commercial sense, with an
ability to shift across sales, marketing and account management
• Understanding of the fast-paced environment that young companies
operate in – hard work drives results and results get rewarded
• The perseverance, persistence and an ability to take “NO” for an answer (several times a day!)
• Thrive in an environment where the "can do" attitude and the
discipline of getting things done at the right time, and within the
right costs, matter more than maxing MENSA scores
We are flexible on location in the US. Any large metro location in the
US should work, so long as you can reach out to the right people at the
right time.
