POSITION: Consultant / Manager (Boston, MA – New England Region)

This role requires hands-on expertise and participation in both
business and technical analysis and solution development. We are
specifically looking for candidates who have experience with or
exposure to business intelligence (BI) and enterprise performance
management (EPM) technologies and processes, and we strongly prefer
candidates who have experience with Oracle EPM (Hyperion) applications.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS or BA degree in business, MIS, or equivalent required
- 2 – 15+ years of previous work experience in business or IT field required
- Proper U.S. work authorization required (there is no H1B sponsorship for this position)
- Willingness to travel up to 80% of the work week (Monday – Thursday) required
- Home location in or around the Boston Metro area or willingness to relocate to the Boston Metro area required
- Prior experience with financial reporting, budgeting, consolidation and accounting practices preferred
- Experience in full consulting or IT project life cycle (requirements,
design, development, testing, deployment and training) preferred
SKILLS:
- Minimum one year of development experience with Oracle/Hyperion EPM applications required
- Minimum two years of hands-on development experience using Oracle / Hyperion Essbase required
- Working knowledge in one or more Oracle/Hyperion System 9 or EPM 11 products (HFM, Planning, OBIEE, etc.) strongly preferred
- Working knowledge in MS Office required (Power MS Excel user, a plus)
- Working knowledge in Windows NT/XP/2003 required (Unix experience, a plus)
- Hands on experience using SQL (Structured Query Language) strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle database strongly preferred
