Leading financial services company seeks an experienced Analytics professional to design, build and lead Direct Mail / Leads / Targeted Marketing execution and analytics function, as well as, leverage internal and external resources to achieve business goals and ensure results. The work of the team is highly visible to top tier leaders and has substantial impact on the future growth of the business. This position will work closely with leadership in setting direction, determining objectives, ordering priorities, clarifying expectations, executing analysis and managing resources.

Key Accountabilities:
• Leads team of professionals in developing, maintaining, enhancing, analyzing and prioritizing direct marketing campaigns
• Outline and define appropriate analytic approach for various client needs including pre and post-campaign analysis, measuring and analyzing response to marketing offers and making appropriate recommendations on enhancements to campaign strategy.
• Create ongoing standardized reporting processes that surface customer insights from the database and customer relationship management (CRM) applications.
• Develop campaign framework for testing, reporting, and analysis. Assume other responsibilities as requested or required.
• Proactively surface sales and marketing opportunities to clients.
• Primary tools will include SAS, SAS EG, SQL and others.
• Lead, challenge, motivate, and retain a diverse analytical/ process team.
• Execute customer/ financial/ market analysis for strategic and tactical business decision support. Interpret and communicate results of analysis and make recommendations.
• Actively promote individual career development; lead by example and mentor others; prepare fair, accurate, timely, and thorough performance reviews.
• Proactive, innovative, and creative in meeting partner, division, and enterprise needs.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and challenges.
• Adhere to all Bank and government policies regarding privacy, and security of customer information.

Job Requirements: (Knowledge/ Experience):
Minimum
• Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, economics, or a related discipline, Master's degree a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in SAS, SAS EG and SQL.
• Broad knowledge of information based marketing or related field.
• 5 to 10 years significant leadership experience
• Experience with advanced statistical and analytic concepts.
• Experience leading database marketing team for B to C company
• Experience in financial services industry or consulting industry.
• Superior communications/ presentation/ project management skills.
• Experience interacting with Senior Leadership.
• Superior human capital management and team building skills..
• Effective communication, marketing, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate with others, work independently, initiate action, adapt to change, make difficult decisions, and accept challenging assignments.
• Manage time and assist others in managing priorities and deadlines appropriately.
• Proven ability to establish credibility with partners, peers, teams, and leaders and use personal influence.

Analytics Consultant (Business Analyst/Customer Insight)....Home Based (South of England) and covering the UK

The role of the Analytics Consultant is to work with our customers as part of a team that is responsible for analysing the unstructured voice data, putting it into meaningful format and applying it against the customer’s business goals and operational objectives. The role applies to both our pre and post sales activities.
The principle business objectives we try to achieve for our customers are:-
• Reducing the cost of Contact Centre Operations
• Increase Revenue
• Improve customer service
• Drive change within their organisation

Suitable candidates will be prepared to travel to customer sites throughout the UK (but be based in the South of England) and be prepared for overnight stays. The role requires considerable Contact Centre experience covering both the origination and implementation of business and operational objectives.

Candidates who wish to apply should also have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
• Experience of working for a Business Process/Customer Management Outsourcer
• Analytical/statistical/data modelling or six sigma experience (handling and manipulating raw data)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Project Management – experience of leading a project and using Project Management methodology
• Communication Skills - Excellent communication skills, both formal and informal, in one-to-one and one-to-many situations. Well honed presentation skills.
• Consultancy/business improvement experience would be advantageous - experience of working on client activities that involve the analysis of specific business areas and the presentation of the results and recommendations back to the customer.
