Change Agent/Process Improvement Lead

Position: Full-Time Regular
Functional area: Project Management
Location: Research Triangle Park, North Carolina
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Required degrees: Bachelor's Level Degree
Basic qualifications:
• BA/BS and at least 5 years of experience in Pharma
Preferred qualifications:
• Strategic and insightful leadership with the ability to make focused decisions and lead change management
• Proven leader with a record of adding value and making high impact
• Politically and diplomatically astute and able to successfully navigate across a matrix organization
• Strong influencing skills and ability to manage processes, peer groups and senior leadership
• High level of professional maturity and sensitivity to collaboration and teamwork
• Process Improvement/Lean Six Sigma experience
• Large scale program management experience
• Business partner or relationship management experience
• Change management and process improvement experience
• Functional knowledge of marketing and sales operations
• Third party / vendor selection and management ?
• Experience managing multiple assignments in parallel and effective in team interactions in a cross-functional environment
• Business case development
• Commercial operations
• MBA is preferred
Details:
• This position will provide strategic and program management
oversight to the Change Management/Process Improvement capability
required to support the next generation commercial models across
business units in conjunction with Project Grow.
• This position will be staffed with GSK leadership.
• This position will work very closely with ADP- completing the
required curriculum of Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Org Change
Management and other training identified. In addition, the
individuals will have mentors from CLT sponsorship of the project.
